Limited Lifetime Warranty

1. Coverage:

​

• TRAC by Blue Water Marketing & Promotions, LLC warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

• This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective product at the company's option.

• Coverage applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.

2. Exclusions:

​

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• It also does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.

3. How to make a claim:

​

• To initiate a claim, the original owner must promptly notify Blue Water Marketing & Promotions, LLC of the issue.

• The owner must provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and any other information requested by the company.

• The owner is responsible for freight costs to ship the defective product to the company, unless otherwise specified.

4. Limitations of liability:

​

• The company's sole liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

• The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or property damage.
